Long-time readers of this blog know that I'm a Microsoft investor, and that it's been more frustrating than rewarding over the last few years. And while Microsoft continues to have plenty of issues to deal with, it would be disingenuous of me not to express a long-awaited sigh of relief at the news that Windows Vista has gone gold and will actually ship to the masses in January.
Note: At the time of this writing I, and/or funds I maintain discretionary control over, maintained a long equity position in MSFT. We also may, at times, carry derivative options on underlying positions as a hedge.
